This website does not use analytics or tracking cookies. We use only essential cookies required to operate the site. Netlify Analytics, if enabled, is server-side and processes only aggregate data from server logs — it does not set cookies or track individual visitors.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, assess whether an engagement is appropriate, and where an engagement proceeds, to perform our services. We do not use contact form submissions for marketing purposes.

This website is hosted on Netlify, which processes data on our behalf under data processing terms. We use reputable providers for email and related services. All processors are contractually bound to process data only on our instructions.

Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for up to two years from the date of last contact, unless an engagement is established, in which case data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill our professional obligations and comply with applicable law, including any mandatory retention periods under U.S. or applicable state bar rules.

International transfers

Palmer Law LLC is a U.S. entity. Data submitted via this website may be processed or stored in the United States. Where visitors are located in the EU or EEA, such transfers are made on the basis of appropriate safeguards, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
